Job Description
An international Think Tank is looking for the services and an experienced manager to manage its HR and Admin department.
Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement best practice HR policies
• Advise management on HR strategy
• Handle employee relations and labour law matters
Required Skills or Experience
• University Degree
• 5 years experience in a similar role
• Experience in a start up a plus
• Knowledge of international assigned packages and requirements
• Good relationship building skills
• Working knowledge of labour law
• MS Office suit
