Salary: Starting salary of £22,500. A clear structure for salary increments (rising to £25,000 at the end of the first year).

Location: UK Wide. Applicants must hold a full UK/EU driving licence (this is necessary as some of our sites are not easy to access by public transport) when commencing employment and must be fully mobile throughout the UK and Europe. European opportunities may be available to suit individual development plans.

Our programme is tailormade to create our business leaders of the future. The eighteen month scheme consists of a number of work placements and management training modules, all of which offer immediate responsibility and real leadership and managerial challenges. Degrees required

We are looking for bright graduates who are on target to achieve, or have achieved, a 2:1 in any degree discipline, especially those with a bias towards finance, business and logistics. Fluency in English and one of our European business languages is a prerequisite. Our European languages are French, German, Polish, Slovakian, Czech, Hungarian, Dutch and Swiss.
