Our busy HR team operates as a professional services group serving the whole of the organisation. Closely aligned to each area of the business, HR works with each client area in developing and implementing resource plans, performance management, training and development, reward and employee relations. The work is fast-paced, challenging and full of variety.

Successful applicants will spend time in our HR Business Partnering, Learning and Development, Resourcing and Reward teams helping to develop and grow these functions. Candidates need to demonstrate a passion for excellence, an ability to learn quickly and a natural skill of building relationships and managing stakeholders.

Main responsibilities in the HR Business Partner Team
The key task of the HR Business Partner team is to work alongside business leaders to help build and co-deliver strong commercially focused business plans that support the development of a high performance culture and leading energy business. You will do this through working with a team of 4 experienced HR business partners to:
• Develop a clear understanding of the current HR practice processes in order to assist in the resolution of first line employee relations issues.
• Equip them with a strong understanding of the business to ensure that HR solutions suggested are pragmatic and commercially viable.
• Build strong networks within the business to ensure proactive identification of issues and work with HR Business Partners to deliver timely and accurate solutions.
• Assist in the management of change initiatives as required.
• Provide mangers with the core people information they need to help develop effective people plans whilst ensuring that the integrity of our employee data is maintained.
• Identify opportunities to develop and streamline core HR processes and systems in order improve both employers and managers HR experience.
Main Responsibilities of the Learning & Development Team:
The key purpose of this rotation is to enable the expansion of the GM&T business by supporting the Head of Learning & Development in establishing a high quality Learning culture capable of supporting the company in achieving its stretch targets.

You will:
• Provide relevant support to Human Resources team in Learning & Development processes and activities.
• Identify training needs through the business planning process, liaising with HR Business Partners, carrying out training needs analysis and following up individual queries
• Be responsible for day to day supplier relationships and routine quality control meetings
• Support Head of Learning & development in tender processes and help research new learning suppliers and solutions
• Manage training projects e.g. full training life cycle for an individual training course
• Ensure quality of learning & development activities through formal observation, feedback and metrics (evaluation)
• Communicate with GM&T employees on relevant L&D initiatives in person and by managing the learning portal on our intranet

Main Responsibilities of the Resourcing Team:
This position is responsible for supporting the development and management of resourcing activities for the Gazprom Marketing and Trading (GM&T) business. You will:
• Support resource plans, generate role profiles and take briefs for new opportunities.
• Help source the best possible candidates for our business by using a variety of solutions that pan brand and campaign management, direct sourcing, social media engagement, employee referrals and by managing our key 3rd party relationships.
• Screen Candidates against role profiles, core competencies and GM&T values.
• Support the interview process administration.
• Respond to candidates ensuring they are kept informed of how their applications are progressing.
• Ensure contracts are issued correctly and returned timely.
• Help manage the recruitment messages and advertised roles on our website.
• Generate reports for HR and Hiring managers.
• Support the graduate recruitment project.

Main Responsibilities of the Reward Team:
Support the head of compensation and benefits in the development of reward and appropriate reward solutions for all areas of the business. You will:
• Provide support on salary benchmarking
• Work with the team to support annual salary reviews
• Support the HR team in creating performance focused compensation and reward solutions.

Candidate Specification:
Qualifications:
• Degree level education, preferably with a Human Resource focus.
Skills / Competencies:
• Concern for accuracy and ability to meet tight deadlines;
• Highly effective written and verbal communication skills;
• Excellent Microsoft office skills;
• Pro-active in achieving results;
• Ability to build effective communications with other employees;
• Ability to cope with rapid business growth;
